I have a similar issue. If I switch workspaces and return to the workspace,
Photoshop is running on (STRG-TAB), All dialog window and some of the images
are hidden. They are however not behind the main window. I can only get them
back by re-opening them (for example press F7 twice to close and then open the
Layers dialog again). If I use "save as", no dialog box appears, but I cannot
click anything in the menu. Presumably, there is a save-as-window open, but I
cannot see it.
