I'm using wine compiled from git (just after 1.1.4) on Debian/x86_64. I'm using
builtin winhttp.dll.
Chrome render pages nicely when I use explicit IP addresse. It fails to resolve
any DNS name and shows error page saying

This webpage is not available.

The webpage at http://www.google.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have
moved permanently to a new web address.

Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
View a cached copy of the web page from Google
  More information on this error
Below is the original error message

Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): The server could not be found.

(see the screenshot attached)

Any help is appreciated.
