console log for failed install in 1.1.4

Under 1.1.4, with a fresh install of Office 2003 to a clean wineprefix,
FileFormatConverter.exe won't even install--it ends with a message that the
install failed. It does this with or without Office SP3 installed, and the
console output is exactly the same either way. Unzipping microsoft.vc80.crt.zip
to the Office 12 directory (per comment #9) also makes no difference.
