Re-gen patch based on comment# 28.

This patch is based on comment #28. I just did the labor job: manually copied
from previous patch and pasted into latest git check out.

Please kindly test if this work.

(I have Intuos3 and SAI 1.0.1 also doesn't work on wine 1.1.4. ArtRage 2.5.13
works for me on wine 1.1.4. My OS is Fedora 9.)
