I can confirm this bug. There seem to be some maps where this bug happens more
frequently, but i have experienced it on any kind of map. It can be reproduced
using many different versions of wine (including latest dev releases) and the
AcceptEx patch makes no difference. One interesting point is that often the
ingame chat continues to work while you are begin timed out. I do have messages
in the console-log but they dont just appear during the lags:
