PulseAudio support for Wine

PulseAudio support for wine. This proves the viability. DSound works very well
with low latencies, even over a local network. The code works better than the
wine esd driver. WaveIn support is not included (yet) and there is currently no
code dealing with connection losses. I'm putting this out there so others can
build from it and make improvements as they see fit.
