Add pulseaudio to know audio drivers in winecfg

Pulseaudio would not appear in winecfg as winecfg's list of possible audio
drivers is static. This patch adds winepulse.drv to winecfg. Without this patch
to enable the pulseaudio driver, edit HKCU->Software->Wine->Drivers->Audio to
"pulse" (or a comma separated list of drivers, with pulse in front.)
