Yes, it is.  Didn't test in 1.1.5 (I now have stable 1.0), but I very much
doubt it's been fixed there.  This bug's been around for years.  I used to care
because Linux didn't have a good comic book reader back then and I had to use
Windows' CDisplay, but Comix has filled this niche, so I'm not directly
affected by the rendering problem anymore.

However, I worry the bug may affect image editors like Photoshop, Paintshop and
what have you, but if they don't complain I guess it doesn't.
