I can't speak for Touhou 6 through 8, but though 9 has the option to select
MIDI listed it's unable to be toggled.  Furthermore Touhou 10 through 12 have
no MIDI soundtrack.  Can you please clarify which games this occurs with and
disassociate those games the bug is not relevant to?
