Still present in wine 1.1.18
1. download stand-alone putty:
http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/x86/putty.exe
2. Open up an SSH connection to a new server:
$ wine putty.exe www.winehq.org
3. Push left arrow key, notice [Cancel] button loses focus, but nothing else
appears to gain focus
4. Push left arrow key twice, [No] button gains focus
5. Push tab, [No] loses focus, [Cancel] gains focus
