[Bug 17951] Warcraft III TFT Lan problems

the problem was tested with two Linux (one kubuntu and one ubuntu) machines and
one windows machine. Both Linux machines were unable to join any of the hosted
maps with version 1.18 of wine and both were able to join the windows hosted
game with version 1.01. 
Since Linux don't use firewall and the windows firewall didn't prevent Linux
machines from joining the the problems are properly not firewall related...

This leaves two bugs: 

1. You cant create a functional WC3 TFT v1.23a LAN game with wine v 1.18 og
1.01

2. the ability to join a WC3 TFT v1.23a LAN game has been lost between version
1.01 and 1.18
