it's really not good how .net holes become linux holes.
especially since how it selectively works...

workaround for this would be to have ~/.wine bind-mounted somethere with exec
or WINEPREFIX-it somethere.

anyway - it is still an issue unless wine will behave similar in all error
cases caused by noexec at least. ( warning message ? something ? )
