Sorry, I wasn't clear. It doesn't change the focused item but change the first
visible item (the top item) of the list. The selected element when I press
CTRL-R is visible in the list of course! This is a schema of what happen:

ELEMENT1 <- top element
ELEMENT2
[ELEMENT3] focused
ELEMENT4
ELEMENT5
...

and after CTRL-R:

ELEMENT2  <- new top element
[ELEMENT3] focused
ELEMENT4
ELEMENT5
...

It isn't terrible but a bit strange
I will provide reproducible steps if needed but you can try with a directory
with many elements..
