I can confirm that the bug is still present in 1.1.19: selecting an Overlord
(not a Mutalisk, not a dozen Overlords) causes the game speed to drop
noticeably on a machine that should have no problem with a game this old. This
has been tested with and without the in-game "CPU Throttling" switch.
