Confirming with 1.1.19.  I could not download FEAR 2 Demo in the Steam client,
or from the Steam Website.  Steam's website uses a steam:// link on the
Download button.

I tried setting up Firefox to open up steam:// links with steam.exe, but it
didn't work.  Maybe I'm just incompetent.
