this is what happens when i use builtin:

and this is what happens when i use native comctl32 from winetricks:

after overriding it with winxp comctl32 library, i still get:

but the icons become visible just as on winxp machine.

also, the application is CyberBilling XP. An internet cafe server and billing,
not very popular, except on my country.
