Hello,

the app needs .NET 2.0 Framework.
Because you didn't install that prerequisite *before* the app installer you run
into bug 10467

AGAIN: Don't let app installers do .NET 2.0 installation!
Always check appdb .NET Framework entries for instructions how deal with .NET
based apps!
