Wine 1.1.20 Sling 1.5.1.343 first run trace

Tested in 1,1,20.

Unhandled exception occurs in GdipIsVisibleRegionPointI only following
installation, after trying to click... anywhere.

Second run, everything is fine.

So native gdiplus isn't *really* needed anymore if the app is closed after
installation, and reopened, which is odd.

To get this far, native qcap and quartz are still required.
