Wine 1.1.19 +qcap

Installed WMP9 and tried combinations of native quartz and qcap.

- Native qcap alone allows the stream to connect and remain connected, but no
video plays.
- Native quartz alone fails to connect.

First problem therefore seems to be qcap.

Logs of +qcap using both native and builtin versions of qcap.
