[Bug 13029] winetest should make it possible to just extract the individual tests

Currently, running:
$ wine winetest-latest.exe -x
pops up winetest for a second, then makes a directory 'wct' in the current
directory, with the extracted tests. A dir can also be given (-x foo).

This could be improved a bit, there's no reason to launch the gui to extract
it. I'll send a patch for that.

Perhaps there should be an option for winetest gui to extract the files and not
run the tests...?
