I can confirm this bug in Wine 1.1.20.

Operating System: Ubuntu 9.04
NVIDIA Driver version: 180.44
Graphics card: Geforce 7950GT

The EULA doesnt appear. IE: stuck in the initial forest enviroment.

I get this error repeatedly:
fixme:d3d_shader:shader_glsl_select >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_OPERATION
