As I'm not very good in this, but I did my best to follow your instructions:
- added an entry for "oleacc" in winecfg's library, editing it to "Native
(Windows)", clicked on "apply" and "OK"
- executed "regsvr32 oleacc.dll" in a terminal, but it says: "Failed to load
DLL oleacc.dll"
What am I doing wrong?
