Actually I can't confirm this behaviour yet with a basic test. Wine seems to
act like native here.

Only text, image indices and cChildren member are available through callback
functionality: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb773518%28VS.85%29.aspx

Could you attach complete source code of your program to test?
