Confirming part of the bug with wine 1.1.26. The Install button isn't greyed
out, so this problem seems to be fixed. Though there are several error messages
due to page faults during the installation, the program seems to install fine
anyway. 
But creating a new folder during installation still doesn't work. I'm getting
the same error messages as foobard in his description.
