It does not seem the author has sent the patch to the patches mailing list.
However there is a similar patch in the mailing list which should also fix it.
But it seems that it requires more work:

Patching the wine tree is described here.

Then you have to recompile it.
Be sure you have the required header files installed.

Don't know how to install them in suse.
