Hello,

well I restored the deleted notes myself as there were "backups" in other appdb
entries by me.

There is still a problem, probably because I removed and recreated notes while
the bug fixing was still in progress:

If you look below "fixme:system:SystemParametersInfoW Unimplemented action:
4132 (SPI_GETDROPSHADOW)" note there are now two "orphaned" empty notes which
can't be edited nor removed anymore.

It would be nice if you can have a look at:

order of notes/howtos")

In the example appdb entry I gave here the order is pretty much messed up and I
can't do anything. Even if I delete all entries and recreate them the ordering
is just weird.
Just merging all notes into one entry using a big table is not an option for
me.
