I don't understand how using top (I use it) is any different than other means?
When I first posted the bug I did not understand the cause, then I investigated
and I added it to the comments (comment 8 from 5th july). Later I realized it
would be also useful in the bug description.

I already described the problem the best I can. If noone understands me, they
should ask for more info.

And this 100% bug likely causes eve voice to break, which is about the same
pain for fleet coordination.
