I applied your patch to the current git version and got the same error message
again.

The installation fails with

"An error occured during the installation of the component Microsoft .Net
Framework 2.0 - Service Pack 1.

Errorcode: 1603

Installation of 'Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 - Service Pack 1' failed.

The setup will be cancelled."
