[Bug 19683] EVE Online crashes during splash screen

The program doesnt actually crash. Rather, the splash screen just vanishes. I
found this out by making wine simulate a virtual desktop area to hold the
program. When the splash screen disappeared, the desktop stayed. Also, a
"ExeFile.exe" persists in "ps --user mizipzor". 

Should the title of the bug be changed to something else to reflect this?

After the splash screen, the EULA should be displayed and accepted. Thinking
that something maybe went wrong there, I downloaded and applied the "sh
winetricks corefonts" (I think I saw it listed somewhere as a EULA problem
workaround) but no progress.
