log of first run with WINEDEBUG=+ntlm,+wininet

Version is wine-1.1.27-63-g862bd3c

Attached is the log of the first run of FD with WINEDEBUG set on ntlm and
wininet, the two components that return errs in the normal log.

Just a correction to the steps to reproduce: if after the failure of the online
check you just press Quit, it won't record anything and on the next run the
wizard will appear again. No need to delete and reinstall every time.
