log file produced with WINEDEBUG=+dsalsa,+wave,+waveinit

OK, I changed the Exec line in the desktop file from

Exec=env WINEPREFIX="/home/ronny/.wine" wine
"C:\\PROG~1F2\\AdS2\\AdS2_Map2D\\AdS2.exe"

to 

Exec=/home/ronny/start.sh

The start.sh looks like this:
env WINEPREFIX="/home/ronny/.wine" WINEDEBUG=+dsalsa,+wave,+waveinit wine
"C:\\PROG~1F2\\AdS2\\AdS2_Map2D\\AdS2.exe" > /home/ronny/wine.log 2>&1

I attached the wine.log file.
