wine rendering attached  (note that it does render, just tiny reversed and
repeated at the bottom of the window)

The support at efile-express.com has been extremely helpful in the past, and I
suspect that it matches the DIY tastes of linux users, so with little tax
software available to linux, they might be willing to cooperate to solve this
so they can claim linux support.
