I do hope attaching 3 log/conf files does not count as spam.

Here's the the same problem; Thinkpad T61, Kubuntu 9.04.
Armada Patch 1.2 and tried 1.2.5 (community patch)

I also tried to use a native DLL (d3d8.dll); it will crash as well.
