Yes indeed, I even missed the part that InitCommonControls() isn't doing
anything (on Wine at least). All classes get registered on DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH.

So one of the dlls it loads imports comctl32. The only one I could find is
wow32.dll -> comdlg32.dll -> comctl32.dll

This means, all you need to do is to add comdlg32 to the imports list of
wow32.dll. And wow32 to the imports of winevdm.
