Henri is right.  Bug #19744 and bug #19750 are reported fixed by my patch.
Comment #8 of bug #14348 reveals that the present bug has become a
blocker/dependee for #14348 since 1.1.27; beside that, it's different.
I see no relationship to bug #18636.  Nothing older than 1.1.27 can be related.
Somebody with admin rights, please fix the relationships.
