Hi, I wanted to install TerraExplorer because this software is used by Bhuvan
service (Bhuvan it's like Google Earth) http://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/faq.html
Bhuvan say that the requirement is: Internet Explorer 6 or above and DirectX 9
Obs: I can browse on Bhuvan opening TerraExplorer software and opening the
file:

(But this crash TerraExplorer)
If some dev could look why this doesn't work and try to fix it, will be great.
