Registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language\InstallLanguage
should contain same number as registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
Panel\International\Locale to make both Autohotkey and gimp detect the language
of Windows right.

Under Wine this is not the case.
