starts fine for me with native shell32. 

A very easy way to reproduce is to run:

'wine fcss_sr.exe 1024x768 fullscreen'

that returns to the console immediately. There's not much shell stuff in the
+shell,+relay log i'll attach hereafter, so my guess is somehow goes wrong
here:
