[Bug 19727] Actio multimedial by Klett gives exception on startup

A little more detail now. 

The previously hidden buttons can be activated but fail early in one of two
failure modes. One telling "Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 0044b173 in Modul
'Actio multimedial.exe' Lesen von Adresse 0000057", and the other one complains
about a swf file not being found "Die gewünschte Flash Datei
\hilfe\impressum.swf wurde nicht gefunden".

The console output is:

(killed the window with CTRL ALT ESC as I could find a way to close the program
from within the application).

Occasionally the program shows a completely black screen (I think I should
mention I'm using a recent git version of radeonhd).
