This should be fixed by 80f02b82d68902f32578a7bcf6cfbaa715b724ce
(http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/?a=commit;h=80f02b82d68902f32578a7bcf6cfbaa715b724ce
). This makes mshtml use wininet, which already supports the http_proxy
environment variable, in addition to the registry override.
