As I thought - bug invalid. You have to _properly install this program_. And
you _can not_ run it from ntfs partition...

Closing invalid.

If you have _properly_ installed at least Steam (you can copy contents of
steamapps directory). And you have installed Steam on _UNIX_ filesystem (not
ntfs, not fat). And you have followed the HOWTO on appdb page (turned off
in-game steam community, and you _ DO NOT_ have pulse audio running in any way
shape or form. And your video drivers are setup properly. Only then you can
reopen.
