In latest git, no installation errors are reported but installation is still
not complete.  When trying to run the program it complains it is missing the
file reported by the same error.

err:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackW copy error 2 L"Z:\\tmp\\HARMON~1.TCD"
-> L"C:\\Progra~1\\WXTide32\\HARMON~1.TCD"
