I observe a pattern different from Ken's analysis in comment #1
"The bug link you submitted between Bug #19775 and Largo Winch 1.0 has been
accepted.Thank you for your submission."
I.e. the bug number was mentioned in the mail, yet no link appeared.

BTW, what shall we do about those missing links?
- Tell people to wait until this bug is fixed, then resubmit?
- Temporarily delete this "bug queue accept" from the admin page?

BTW, did somebody add the link for bug #19773 by hand after I mentioned it in
wine-devel? It's strange that the one which I named publicly in my mail later
appeared, while #19775 which I name only now is still not listed in AppDB. Both
were submitted and accepted at the same time.
