Patch to make it work again.

Hi again.

It's just a cleanup of update rectangle. Using a kind of functional empty
Begin/EndPaint brackets has the same result, so maybe this redraw-enabled check
could be moved deeper to reuse existing BeginPaint. I'll try to find a better
fix.
