And how do you think D3D game will run with OpenGL??? Or you think it's some
kind of magic and one single command line options (which game doesn't even
understands) will rewrite 80% of game's code to use OpenGL instead of DX?

Your crash looks completely different, you sure your drivers even setup
correctly?

In either case, this game start and runs fine with nVidia card. Report bug to
Xorg - makers of Intel video drivers.
