it's not clear from what you've attached that there is a problem in kernel32,
unsetting component.

90% of what you've attached is unrelated, there's no need to include the
backtrace for unrelated processes.  It's likely that you need to continue
execution further also, since this is a "first chance exception", which is
often silently handled by the application the real crash might be later.

attach a WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid log if you can't get a useful backtrace,
compress with gzip or bzip2 if necessary.
