ForceGDICursor does NOT fix the left mouse button problem in any way. Also,
this bug blocks comboboxes and thus makes it impossible to configure the quick
battle ... including the choice of nation.

Problem appears BOTH on version 1.13.04.1801 (original retail) AND on the
expansion.

Using autostart.ini you can theoretically configure the game options without
the GUI. That's a bit ... inconvenient, though.

LMB/RMB problem only appears on main menu's GUI.

Running wine 1.1.21.
