No, it does not. That was my initial problem, I could not install Photoshop CS2
to the C:\ drive because it kept telling me:

"Installing to a network drive is not allowed"

I cannot edit the advanced properties of the C:\ drive at all using winecfg,
it's grayed out. But I figured that was a separate issue so I didn't mention it
in the bug report.
