populous 3 fix

This is a hacky fix for populous3 (which is also fixed by the other patch). If
the issue in homm3 is similar this patch should work for sure. It just makes
sure the app won't see the memory protections wine sets on dibsections. In
homm3 I have never been able to reproduce the bug.
