For the archives, the issue is that the Delphi application incorrectly
uses a hardcoded buffer size of 255 in passing to GetPrinterDriverA.
The needed size is now correctly larger than that in Wine, and so
this call now fails.

On Windows, on failure, the pointers are set to null, protecting
against a crash.  Wine didn't do that (but now it does).
